I think this lady was married to an elder and has 2 or 3 kids. Her husband had an affair, so now she's disillusioned with God and the church. She'll show him--she's going out into the corporate world dressed like this to prove she can still get a man.
OMG! Way too short for the professional arena. Way to short for anything! The top part is very pretty. I think the men she would be working with would have a difficult time concentrating on her business proposal.
If this woman is a professional working woman, her shirt reveals too much cleavage and the skirt is too short. Set in a professional office, men would definitely be checking out this woman whether that is her intention or not.

If this is work attire-yikes!! I think if the skirt was a little bit longer then it may be better.
